Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the counter with a friendly and professional attitude.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Handle billing, payment collection, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Replenish stock and ensure the counter/display is always well-organized.
Support promotional activities, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
Learn and adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and customer service protocols.
Assist the store team in daily operations such as stock checks, tagging, and housekeeping.
Skills & Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate (preferred: Retail, Business, or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
