Job Title: Front Desk Female Staff – Food Counter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, well-groomed, and enthusiastic female front desk staff for our food counter. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to manage orders, billing, and customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude

• Take customer orders accurately and suggest menu items

• Handle billing and cash/card payments using POS systems

• Manage takeaway and dine-in service coordination

• Address customer queries or complaints politely and promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter

• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff for order processing

• Keep records of sales, inventory items (if needed), and feedback

• Promote offers and new menu items to customers

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)

• Prior experience in customer service or food counter (preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge or POS billing experience

• Polite, confident, and presentable personality

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

• Full-time / Part-time shifts available

• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
