• Assist with basic data entry, billing, and record-keeping on the computer

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

• Ensure the store is always welcoming and fully stocked

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or store handling is a plus

• Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, billing software, etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
