Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to drive sales of two-wheelers at our showroom. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of two-wheelers, and the ability to build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.

• Provide detailed product information including features, pricing, and offers.

• Maintain and update records of inquiries and test drives.

• Coordinate with the finance team for loan and EMI assistance.

• Handle customer follow-ups and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

• Experience in two-wheeler/automobile sales preferred (1–2 years).

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle specifications and finance options.
