Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the retail sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create action plans for improvement.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues effectively.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually merchandised according to company standards.
Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff performance.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for timely replenishment.
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to team members.
Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
Work closely with upper management to align store goals with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Solid understanding of retail management, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
