·         Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with company goals and seasonal trends.

·         Plan and manage the product assortment based on market demand, past sales data, and trend forecasts.

·         Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and product turnover.

·         Work closely with buyers and planners to finalize product ranges, pricing, and promotions.

·         Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and quality control.

·         Collaborate with visual merchandising team to ensure proper product presentation in stores.

·         Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising execution and collect market feedback.

·         Identify slow-moving stock and suggest markdowns or promotional strategies.

·         Train and mentor junior merchandisers or merchandising assistants.

·         Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.

·         Lead and Support junior merchandisers or category executives.

Required Skills-

·         Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or related field.

·         4+ years of experience in merchandising (retail/fashion/lifestyle)

·         Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/MIS reporting.

·         Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning abilities.

·         Experience with inventory management tools or ERP systems is a plus.

·         Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
