Qualifications:

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.

- Willingness to travel frequently to various operational sites.
