About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team at SBI Cards. The role involves promoting and selling SBI credit cards through direct interaction with customers at retail outlets, branches, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and explain SBI credit card products to potential customers.

• Drive sales through direct interaction, retail campaigns, and lead generation activities.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable card options.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Ensure accurate documentation and verification of customer details.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
