About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Executives in Bangalore. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Ensure attractive product display and stock availability.

• Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate records.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience (freshers with good communication skills may apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service orientation and ability to upsell.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
