Key Responsibilities:
Partner management: Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, and work with partners to create joint account and penetration plans.
Sales and revenue: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and profitability expectations for partner accounts.
Contract negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with channel partners.
Performance monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance data, forecasts, and funnels to optimize strategy and provide reports to management.
Training and support: Provide partners with the necessary training, product knowledge, and support to ensure their success.
Marketing collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans specifically for channel partners.
Conflict management: Manage potential conflicts between different sales channels through clear communication and adherence to rules of engagement.
