Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
Assist customers with locating products or services.
Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the store manager when necessary.
Schedule appointments or bookings if applicable (e.g., kids play area, banquet, etc.)
Communicate effectively with sales associates and management to ensure smooth customer experience.
Ensure the front area is neat, tidy, and well-stocked with promotional material.
Organize brochures, product displays, or signage.
Maintain and update booking records and ensure follow up.
