1. Doctor & Hospital Engagement
· Visit hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners regularly to promote Lifespan's Medical Division products.
· Build strong relationships with doctors to ensure they recommend our products to their patients.
· Conduct detailed product presentations to communicate the benefits and usage of our nutraceutical and ayurvedic offerings.
2. Sales Achievement
· Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Drive product movement by ensuring doctor prescriptions translate to retail sales.
3. Extensive Market Travel
· Travel extensively across the assigned territory to ensure regular engagement with doctors, hospital purchase departments, distributors, and pharmacies.
· Strengthen market linkages and ensure proper product availability and visibility.
4. Product Promotion & Field Activities
· Distribute product samples, promotional material, and organize doctor engagement events and product introduction meetings.
· Support brand-building efforts through on-ground presence and execution.
5. Market Feedback & Intelligence
· Regularly update internal teams with insights on competitor activity, product performance, and doctor/pharmacy feedback.
· Graduate in any field.
· Experience: 2–4 years as a Medical Representative or in a similar healthcare sales role.
· Gender: Male candidates only (considering the nature of fieldwork and travel).
· Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
· Should be willing and able to travel extensively across regions.
· Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
· Strong track record of sales target achievement.
· Deep understanding of product detailing and doctor engagement.
· High energy, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude.
· Territory knowledge and existing doctor network is an added advantage.
