Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for day-to-day business generation at the store.
2. Handle walk-in customers, manage their bookings, and address client queries.
3. Sell products and services to walk-in customers based on their requirements.
4. Manage upselling and cross-selling of products, including value-added services.
5. Follow daily basic activities at the store, such as tele-calling for lead generation, inquiry monitoring, follow-up, lead closure, and referencing activities.
6. Promote products and services in-store, along with seasonal schemes.
7. Manage data collection for promotions.
8. Execute promotional activities successfully and gather relevant data.
9. Handle shipment inspection, booking, AWB generation, cash collection, and other back-end activities for smooth processing of shipments.
10. Address customer queries and provide solutions through regular communication with CS, OPS, supervisor, CMR, etc.
11. Generate new business by following up with old customers from the database.
12. Achieve monthly targets set for the store, ensuring expected growth in all parameters.
13. Handle other daily activities at the store, such as preparing daily reports.
14. Oversee the packing activity for shipments.
Additional Information:
1. Location: Mysore.
2. Job Type: Full-time.
3. Pay: 16,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month (take away) plus incentives from 3,000 to 9,000.
4. Working hours: Two shifts, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm & 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm.
5. Working days Monday to Saturday.
