Role Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage customers, promote products, and ensure a seamless shopping experience in our Bengaluru store. This role requires enthusiasm, excellent communication, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending products.

• Drive sales through effective product demonstrations and upselling techniques.

• Maintain store presentation, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

• Process transactions accurately and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and ensure a positive store environment.

• Adhere to company policies, including inventory management and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience (freshers welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of basic sales techniques; familiarity with Bengaluru’s retail market is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• 6-day workweek with 1 weekly off.

• Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
