Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of premium jewelry products across pop-ups, kiosks, and retail spaces.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with personalized attention and product storytelling.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products with confidence and finesse.
• Manage daily operations of the retail space, including product display, stock handling, and billing.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, including design inspiration, materials, craftsmanship, and brand ethos.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Represent the brand with poise and professionalism at all times.

Requirements
• 5–10 years of proven sales experience in luxury, premium retail, jewelry, or high-end lifestyle products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English & Hindi).
• Strong selling skills with the ability to handle HNI/VIP clientele.
• High energy, polished appearance, and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work across retail formats (pop-ups, kiosks, premium mall stores).
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
