As a Senior Style Associate, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor. You will deliver outstanding customer service, achieve sales targets, support store operations, and guide the team to uphold excellent service and visual merchandising standards.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and offering personalized styling advice.
Address customer concerns professionally and ensure a delightful shopping experience.
Gather and share feedback to help enhance store performance.
Drive sales by actively recommending products and styling solutions.
Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to improve average transaction value.
Convert walk-ins into loyal customers using negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Adjust to evolving customer needs and business strategies.
Share customer insights and trends with the team.
Handle daily challenges efficiently and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
Make sound operational decisions and step in to manage the store when the Store Manager is unavailable.
Ensure smooth daily functioning and adherence to store policies.
Monitor inventory, minimize shrinkage, and assist with stock audits and replenishment.
Maintain accurate records and ensure displays are in line with brand standards.
Follow all SOPs and escalate any process issues or bottlenecks.
Lead by example, setting high standards in grooming, professionalism, and performance.
Mentor and train new team members on products and service protocols.
Handle escalated customer concerns with maturity and efficiency.
Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate with at least 2 years of retail experience.
Age: 20 to 35 years.
