Customer Focus

• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences

• Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns as needed

Sales Mastery

• Understand product features and communicate value to customers

• Contribute to achieving store sales targets

• Stay informed on new arrivals, collections, and offers

Flexibility and Change Management

• Adapt to changing shift schedules and operational needs

• Open to inter-store transfers within the local cluster

• Punctual and willing to take on added responsibilities

Store Operations Excellence

• Assist with online order processing, packaging, and deliveries

• Support inventory restocking and visual merchandising

• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance

• Follow SOPs and assist in theft prevention

Collaboration

• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Participate actively in achieving store-level goals

Decision-Making and Sensitivity

• Handle customer situations with empathy

• Use sound judgment to maintain brand standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate / HSC (Freshers welcome) / SSC with minimum 2 years of retail experience

• Age between 18–28 years

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Well-groomed with a positive, enthusiastic attitude

• Willing to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
