Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

* Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling/cross-selling where appropriate.

* Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards.

* Manage billing, payments, and ensure smooth transaction handling.

* Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.

* Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment.

* Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

* Minimum *1–3 years of retail sales experience* preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

* Flexible to work on weekends/holidays as per store requirements.

* Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office will be an added advantage.
