Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers warmly, offering styling tips and product knowledge.
Ensure excellent customer service by handling inquiries, exchanges, and concerns politely.
Maintain store presentation arrange dresses, manage displays, and keep the boutique tidy.
Operate POS system, handle billing, and manage cash transactions accurately.
Track inventory, assist with stock management, and report low-stock items.
Support store promotions, events, and seasonal displays.
Help achieve store sales targets and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Experienced in retail or customer service (fashion retail experience preferred).
Passionate about women’s fashion and styling.
Strong communication skills, polite and approachable personality.
Responsible, reliable, and proactive.
Flexible with working hours (weekends/holidays if needed).
During idle store hours, you may use the time for studies, personal work, or light tasks, as long as customer service is not affected.
