We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our Free-Roam VR Game Zone team in a hybrid Sales + Operator role. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, briefing them about our VR experiences, ensuring smooth gameplay operations, and converting walk-ins into players through engaging communication and active upselling.
Customer Engagement & Sales
Greet and interact with walk-in customers and groups.
Explain VR game experiences, match types, pricing, and safety protocols.
Actively promote current offers, group packages, and loyalty benefits.
Encourage on-the-spot bookings and handle upselling for additional sessions.
Maintain a friendly and engaging atmosphere to enhance guest experience.
Operations & Game Support
Operate VR equipment, including headset fitting, calibration, and monitoring.
Conduct game briefings and debriefs, ensuring participants understand gameplay and safety rules.
Coordinate smooth game sessions – including queue management and team assignments.
Assist in photo capturing and uploading (as per system/app guidelines).
Maintain hygiene and functionality of VR gear and play area.
Report any technical issues or customer complaints to supervisors promptly.
Administrative & Miscellaneous
Help manage the waiting list and input player/team details using our internal system.
Support marketing activities within the zone, like setting up displays and managing small contests.
Maintain daily activity logs and feedback reports.
