Role Overview:

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who can take complete responsibility for managing our workshop. The ideal candidate will be strict, disciplined, and possess strong communication skills to handle labour effectively. The role requires ensuring that daily production targets are met, stock is maintained accurately, and deliveries are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise labour and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor workshop operations and maintain discipline among staff.

• Manage and track stock of frame sticks, accessories, and raw materials.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of customer orders.

• Use apps/software to update stock records and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with management and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.

• Maintain quality standards at every stage of the production process.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in production supervision, workshop management, or stock handling.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage labour efficiently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to be firm/strict while maintaining a positive work environment.

• Familiarity with stock management apps/software is a plus.
