We are looking for a Cinema Manager to join our team to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹34000 with growth opportunities.
Oversee day-to-day cinema operations: Box Office, F&B, Projection, Housekeeping, and Security.
Drive revenue across ticketing, F&B, and ancillary income streams while controlling costs.
Ensure excellent guest service, ambiance, and show quality to maximize customer satisfaction.
Prepare and manage budgets, P&L, cash handling, and financial reporting.
Lead, train, and motivate staff; ensure manpower efficiency and statutory compliance.
Implement SOPs, safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with corporate teams for marketing, HR, finance, and operations.

Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Hospitality/Business Management.
