Assist in meeting sales targets for tickets, concessions, and memberships.

Monitor stock levels and manage inventory for concessions.
Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations are followed.
Conduct regular checks and risk assessments.
Train staff on emergency procedures.
Cash Handling & Reporting
Oversee daily cashing up and banking procedures.
Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
Report figures and KPIs to the General Manager.
Marketing & Events Support
Assist with in-cinema promotions and marketing campaigns.
Support the organization of special screenings and private events.
Leadership & Team Motivation
Act as the duty manager when required.
