Requirements:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in retail jewellery sales.
- Good Communication skills. Clear flow of speech.
- Sound knowledge of Gold, Diamond and Polki jewellery.
- Good grooming etiquettes.
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly.
Job Description:
- Understand, fulfil requirements of customers.
- Know the purpose, educate with expert product knowledge, extend support for customer service, create
trustworthy environment and ensure up-to-mark customer service to customers.
- Monitor, record and reposition floor inventory regularly.
- Co-operate with housekeeping department and Customer relationship executive / manager.
- Extend information and motivate customers to engage in different services offered by company.
- Detailed JD during interview or finalization.
