Experience: 0–3 years (relevant showroom/retail/interior sales preferred)
To assist customers in the showroom, provide product guidance, prepare quotations, ensure a smooth buying experience, and support overall showroom operations across Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bathware, Lighting, Furniture, and Interior Products.
Welcome customers professionally and understand their product requirements.
Explain product features, designs, finishes, and pricing clearly.
Prepare quotations and assist customers in finalising selections.
Promote related products through upselling and cross-selling (as applicable).
Maintain updated knowledge of all interior and bathware product categories.
Coordinate with billing, store/warehouse, and dispatch teams for order flow.
Follow up on pending quotations and customer decisions when needed.
Maintain a record of all walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups in the sales register/Google Sheet.
Keep showroom displays clean, organised, updated, and well-presented.
Ensure product samples, pricing, and labels are arranged properly.
Report at 9:00 AM in proper uniform and attend morning briefing.
Review pending quotations and follow-up list for the day.
Record every customer walk-in and enquiry in the sales register.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and arrangement of displays.
Assist field sales executives when their clients visit the showroom.
Submit the Daily Sales Report to the Sales Head at the end of the day.
Minimum education: 12th pass (graduates preferred).
0–2 years experience in showroom/retail/interior sales.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good product demonstration and presentation ability.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp.
Polite, confident, disciplined, and well-groomed personality.
Willingness to learn product details and maintain accuracy in reporting.
Maintain professional appearance and polite communication.
Follow company pricing and discount guidelines strictly.
Avoid personal mobile phone use during showroom hours.
Participate in product training to improve knowledge.
Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate issues when required.

Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month
