Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction & building materials sector.
Meet clients (builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, etc.) to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through field visits and client interactions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales (construction / building materials / interiors preferred).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
