We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of In-Store Sales Executive at Apollo Pharmacies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with walk-in customers, promote credit card offerings, and contribute to a leading financial institution's growth.
📍 In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacies):
Engage with pharmacy customers and pitch relevant credit card options.
Explain features, benefits, eligibility, and usage of credit cards.
Collect and verify customer documents in compliance with KYC norms.
Maintain the visibility and placement of promotional materials and campaign branding.
📍 Field Sales (if required):
Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and pharmacies to pitch credit cards.
Generate leads via cold calling, footfall engagement, and referrals.
Follow up and convert potential leads within the defined TAT.
📍 Operational Tasks:
Record daily interactions, applications, and conversion details accurately.
Coordinate with backend teams for approval processes and customer onboarding.
Ensure regulatory compliance throughout sales and documentation.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales.
(Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.)

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
