Job Title: Sales Executive (Ethnic Wear – Saree/Kurtis Manufacturing Preferred)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and communicative Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing sales processes, and promoting our ethnic wear products, especially sarees, kurtis, and related items. Prior experience in ethnic wear manufacturing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to emails regarding product inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

• Understand customer needs and effectively sell products to meet their requirements.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and sales using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

• Follow up with clients to ensure order satisfaction and repeat business.

• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends in saree, kurti, and ethnic wear segments.
  

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the saree, kurti, or ethnic garment manufacturing industry.

• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in-person.

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, Email communication).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.

• A customer-first mindset with a persuasive and goal-driven approach.

• Any graduate degree is acceptable; preference for background in fashion, textiles, or merchan
