Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Staff to join our retail team at a premium Retail Store outlet located at Mumbai International Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, handling billing, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for international traveler's.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide product knowledge, sampling, and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash/card payments accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter area at all times.

• Replenish stock, ensure proper display, and manage inventory levels.

• Ensure compliance with airport security and operational protocols.

• Cooperate with store team to meet sales targets and deliver high service standards.

• Work efficiently in 3 rotational shifts, including night duty.

Requirements

• Minimum HSC (12th pass) qualification.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or food counter service (bakery/sweets/premium foods preferred).

• Previous experience in food retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

• Basic knowledge of sales and POS operations

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is a plus.

• Presentable and professional appearance with a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to stand for long hours and handle peak customer flow.

• Must hold a valid Passport (mandatory for airport pass issuance).

• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment with rotating shifts.

• Airport/aviation/retail lounge experience is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays (as per airport schedule).

• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety protocols is an added advantage.
