Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patients at the optical counter and guide them in selecting frames and lenses.

• Explain product features, lens options, and pricing to customers.

• Ensure a smooth and positive buying experience for every patient.

• Maintain inventory and assist in stock management.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Coordinate with the ophthalmology team to ensure accurate prescriptions.

• Handle billing and basic record-keeping.

  Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation

• 1–3 years of experience in optical sales preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may apply.

• Strong interpersonal and selling skills.

• Customer-focused, with a pleasant and helpful attitude.
