🧑‍💼 Role Overview:

Bansi Gir Gaushala is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Counter Sales Executive to manage daily customer interactions and product sales at our retail outlet. The candidate will assist walk-in customers, promote cow-based Ayurvedic and organic products, handle billing, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment rooted in Indian culture and values.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements

• Provide information about products like A2 cow milk, ghee, Ayurvedic medicines, Panchagavya, etc.

• Operate billing software / POS system and handle payments (Cash / UPI / Card)

• Maintain cleanliness and organize product display at the counter

• Keep track of inventory and inform management of stock levels

• Generate daily sales reports and submit to management

• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and professionally

• Uphold Gaushala’s spiritual values and promote a healthy, natural lifestyle

✅ Required Skills & Qualities:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

• Customer service orientation and sales enthusiasm

• Familiarity with billing systems or willingness to learn

• Honest, punctual, and polite behavior

• Ability to work independently and with a team

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: Graduate Complete

• Age: 18 years and above

• Prior experience in retail sales is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided)
