Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives for a reputed watch retail brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, jewellery, or fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter in selecting watches.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Maintain thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and offers.

Ensure the counter/store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.

Assist with billing and follow company protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in English and local language.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

Age: 18 to 32 years.

Experience in watches, jewellery, or fashion retail sales preferred.

Good grooming, pleasant personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
