Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter with a friendly and professional approach

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Demonstrate product features, fragrances, and benefits effectively

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance

• Maintain product display, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards

• Process billing, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate records

• Manage customer queries, feedback, and complaints courteously

• Coordinate with the store manager and team to ensure smooth operations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or 12th in any discipline

• 1–5 years of experience in retail counter sales (perfume, fashion, or luxury preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasing personality and positive attitude

• Basic computer and billing knowledge

• Willingness to work in weekends (as per retail schedule)
