Job Summary:

The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for attending to customers at the sales counter, understanding their needs, suggesting appropriate products, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong product knowledge, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and warmly as they enter the store.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant products.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

• Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts using POS systems.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter.

• Assist with restocking shelves and displaying products attractively.

• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
