Position Overview
Titan is hiring Customer Relationship Officers (CROs)to manage and promote the Smartwatch category at Titan retail stores across India. The role involves direct customer interaction, product demonstration, and delivering an excellent in-store brand experience.
Job Title- Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Location- PAN India
Salary- ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)
Employment Type- Full-time | In-store role
Key Responsibilities-
• Handle and promote the Smartwatch category at Titan retail stores
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
• Demonstrate smartwatch features, benefits, and usage
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new launches
• Support visual merchandising and display standards
• Build positive relationships with customers and store staff
Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Male / Female
Age: Preferably under 30 years
Education: Graduate or minimum 12th pass
Language: Good English communication is mandatory
Experience: Prior experience in smartwatches or mobile brands handling smartwatch category is required
