1) Customer Engagement and Assistance:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs, guiding them to products, and providing detailed product information and assistance.

2) Sales Transactions:

Efficiently and accurately processing purchases and returns using a point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and other payment methods.

3)Merchandise Management:

Restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales floor, and assisting with inventory tasks like stock counts

4)Store Maintenance:

Ensuring the store is tidy, organized, and well-maintained, which includes keeping sales areas clean and products properly displayed.

5)Team Collaboration:

Working effectively with other staff members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

6)Product Knowledge:

Staying updated on new products, services, and store policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
