Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our car showroom teams across multiple locations. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Pratham Motors, helping customers choose their dream car and ensuring a smooth and satisfying sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers who visit the showroom.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable car models and variants.

• Explain features, pricing, and finance options clearly to customers.

• Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate test drives and support the customer through the entire sales process.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

• Maintain records of inquiries, sales, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate (any stream).

• Experience:

  • Freshers welcome.

  • Experienced candidates (up to 3+ years) in automobile sales or related fields will be preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric attitude with persuasive skills.

• Basic knowledge of automobiles is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational weekly offs.

Salary Details:

• Fresher: ₹19,000 (Take Home)

• Experienced: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home) based on experience and performance.
