Customer Service & Sales:
Warmly greet customers and understand their requirements (occasion, preference, budget)
Assist customers in selecting sarees, salwar suits, lehengas, kurtis, dupattas, and ethnic accessories
Provide styling suggestions and help customers visualize complete looks
Offer accurate information on fabric quality, pricing, care instructions, and customization options
Inform customers about ongoing offers, festive discounts, and loyalty programs
Process alterations and stitching requests efficiently
Inventory & Merchandising:
Ensure ethnic wear collections are beautifully displayed and well-organized by category (sarees, suits, festive wear, etc.)
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishment
Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and quality concerns professionally
Keep track of fast-moving designs and seasonal trends
Team Coordination:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily/monthly targets
Coordinate with team members for seamless customer service during peak hours
Share customer feedback and market trends with the Store Manager
Stay updated on new arrivals, fabric trends, and festive collections
