5. Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, attendance, and petty cash.

• Provide regular reports and updates to the Area/Regional Manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma/degree in Retail Management is a plus.

• 3–7 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales independently.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and inventory management tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
