• Ensure proper packing, labeling, invoicing, and documentation for each shipment.

• Match shipments with bills of lading, resolve quantity mismatches, and report any discrepancies.

• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding dispatch status, billing queries, delivery timelines, and material availability.

• Maintain organized and safe storage of elevator components and ensure proper material handling.

• Oversee entire store operations, including inward/outward entries, material inspection, and compliance with safety norms.
