● Travel 70-80 km and visit upto 10 stores
● Perform audit and collect the cash from the stores.
● Educate and provide the process training for new joining
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
● Responsible for cash and card settlements.
● Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on different service features.
● Go the extra mile to drive sales.
● Remain knowledgeable on different services offered.
● Build productive trust relationship with customers.
● Monitor timely delivery to the customer on pickup and delivery of orders by coordinating with field executives/operation team
● Effective execution of various sales promotional activities.
