 Training students on
o Fundamentalsof Physics
o Refrigeration cycle
o Demo,PreventiveMaintenance & Repair of Air Conditioner
o Demo,PreventiveMaintenance & Repair of Refrigerator
o Demo,PreventiveMaintenance & Repair of Washing Machine
o Demo,PreventiveMaintenance & Repair of Other Small Home Appliances
 Tomotivatestudents coming for placement
 Toensureallour students can thrive and engage in both academic and vocational learning
 Assessing, recording and reporting on the attendance, progress, development
 Ensuringa high-quality learning experience for students (mandatory attendance of 75% for
students to appear for final assessment), which meets internal and external quality standards
 Maintaining discipline and to encourage good practice about punctuality, behavior, standards of
work andindependent learning
 Supporting and motivating students to allow them to grow and enhance their own skills in both
achieving qualifications and improved work efficiency
 CandidateOJTmapping&alignment of interviews at respective franchisees
 OnJobTrainingcoordination & monitoring student’s growth (via OJT report card)
 ManageLab&ensureupkeepoflabdevices & high cost training equipment

 Oncompletionontraining, coordination & dispatch of training documents to desired location as per instructions of HoD
 Arranging Offer letter & monthly salary slip for all placed candidate (during OJT)
