HVAC Technician

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team at Sterling and Wilson Private Limited.

The role includes installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in buildings and facilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹19,000–₹21,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and test HVAC systems and components (split units, packaged units, AHUs, FCUs, ducting).

• Commission new equipment per manufacturer specifications and site requirements.

• Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems (cleaning filters, checking belts, lubricating motors).

• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems.

• Check and maintain refrigerant levels and pressures.

• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and emergencies.

• Monitor system performance and adjust settings to optimise comfort and efficiency.

• Assist with other building systems (plumbing, electrical) if required.

• Support overall maintenance team in achieving facility up time goals.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: ANY.

• 1–3 years of experience in building or facility HVAC maintenance.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

• Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
