About the Role:

We are hiring a Site Supervisor (HVAC) to oversee project execution, installation, and maintenance activities in the refrigerator distribution and HVAC domain. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating site work, ensuring quality standards, and handling day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, servicing, and maintenance work for HVAC & refrigeration systems.

• Coordinate with technicians, helpers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.

• Monitor quality of installation, safety measures, and proper handling of equipment.

• Plan daily site activities and ensure smooth execution as per project deadlines.

• Verify materials received/used at site and maintain proper records.

• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management on progress.

• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate major concerns to the project manager.

• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining professional conduct and timely service delivery.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems & refrigeration basics.

• Good leadership & team handling skills.

• Ability to read technical drawings & execute site work accordingly.

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license for site visits.
