Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, tender submissions, procurement, billing, payment follow-ups, consultant coordination, and site execution planning, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning strategies for MEP projects.

• Prepare and submit all tenders, technical proposals, and prequalification documents.

• Handle procurement of electrical, air conditioning, and mechanical equipment, ensuring timely delivery.

• Submit billing, track progress payments, and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Coordinate and conduct meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the site team for execution planning, resource allocation, and resolving site challenges.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Monitor cost control measures and ensure project profitability.

• Generate regular progress reports, project documentation, and compliance reports.

• Work towards the timely and successful completion of projects within budget.
