Find qualified IT professionals on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed, using advanced search techniques to attract the best talent for both C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and permanent positions.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
Reach out to candidates for phone interviews to evaluate their technical expertise, communication skills, and interest in the job.
Work closely with hiring managers from top MNC clients to understand job requirements, including technical skills and project needs for both contract and permanent positions.
Schedule and arrange interviews with technical teams and ensure candidates are well-prepared.
Collaborate with technical teams or use online platforms to assess candidates’ skills and ensure they meet client expectations.
Create and post job listings for contract and permanent positions across various platforms. Regularly source new candidates to maintain a strong pipeline.
Lead salary discussions and extend offers to selected candidates for both contract-to-hire and permanent roles.
Develop strong relationships with candidates, keeping in touch regularly to ensure their continued interest and engagement.
Update and manage candidate information, ensuring all recruitment data is kept accurate and organized.
Assist HR in the onboarding process for new hires and provide support to ensure a smooth transition for both contract and permanent staff.
