Key Responsibilities:

2. Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
5. Manage job postings and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
6. Build relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.
7. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:

2. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
