Key Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions, from understanding client
requirements to successful candidate onboarding.
Execute bulk hiring campaigns as well as manage leadership and senior-level mandates with
precision.
Proactively source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, social media, networking,
referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and in-depth evaluations to ensure the right
talent fit.
Act as a consultant to clients and candidates, providing guidance, managing expectations, and
ensuring smooth hiring processes.
Consistently deliver on monthly hiring targets (minimum 10 confirmed joinings per month).
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future mandates.
Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and closure trackers for reporting and
performance review.
Collaborate with team members and management to enhance recruitment strategies and client
delivery standards.
