A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the right people are brought on board to contribute to the organization’s success.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with Hiring Managers:
o Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
o Understand the requirements for various positions within the organization.
2. Sourcing Candidates:
o Utilize online channels (such as social platforms and professional networks) to source potential candidates. o Build a strong talent pipeline.
3. Interview and Selection Procedures:
o Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
o Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
4. Employer Branding:
o Lead employer branding initiatives.
o Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
5. Relationship Building:
o Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Requirements and Skills:

Proven 1 to 5 years work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
•
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
•
Hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
•
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
