Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in Non-Tech Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating for various Non-Technology roles while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, takes ownership of their recruitment process, and is adept at stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. S&F Hiring Execution: Drive S&F recruitment efforts for various roles by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates efficiently. Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to build a robust talent pipeline.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress.
3. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Conduct initial screening to assess candidate fit and alignment with job requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support throughout the hiring process.
4. Process Improvement: Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Assist in onboarding activities and initial engagement to facilitate smooth integration.
Skill Set and Experience:
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in Non Tech hiring; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Skills. : Strong sourcing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and proactive problem-solving.
